Rigatoni in Vodka Cream Sauce
featuring Casa Visco Vodka Cream Sauce

(serves 4-6)
  • 1 # hot Italian sausage, loose,
  • 1# Rigatoni pasta
  • ½ cup sweet peas frozen
  • 32oz jar Casa Visco Vodka Cream Sauce
  • Grated Romano Cheese to taste
Bake sausage patties in a 400 pre-heated oven till cooked. When cool enough to handle, crumble and set aside. Cook Rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente. Slowly heat Casa Visco Vodka Cream sauce in large pan, add peas and simmer until cooked through. Add crumbled sausage and heat gently. Serve over Rigatoni, add grated Romano Cheese.
