Stuffed Rigatonis

· 1 Medium Onion, chopped
· 3 garlic cloves minced
· 1# sweet loose Italian sausage
· 1# Frozen Stuffed Rigatonis or raviolis
· 1 jar 32oz Casa Visco Vodka Cream
· 1/3 Grated Parmesan cheese
· ½ cup shredded mozzarella
· ¼ Fresh Basil, shredded

Heat oven to 350. Cook sausage in a non stick pan until cooked through. Drain off Fat and set aside. In the same pan, keeping the grease from the sausage, sauté onions for about 3 minutes, until almost translucent. Add garlic and cook about 1 more minute, being careful not to burn. Remove from heat and add the cooked sausage back to the pan, mixing well. Cook Pasta according to direction, al dente, rinse with cool water. Put pasta and sausage mixture together and cover with sauce. Add grated cheese and mozzarella, toss with fresh basil.

Put entire mixture in an oven proof dish and bake in oven until cheeses melt and dish is warmed through.
