Our Favorite My Country Sweet
Mustard Sauce with My Country Sweet Mustard
Ideal for ham or pork
- 1/4 Cup red wine
- 1/4 Cup My Country Sweet Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tablespoon rosemary
- 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
Mix above ingredients together.
For a marinade, coat meat a minimum of one hour, and baste during cooking.
For a sauce, deglaze cooking pan with water, wine, or chicken stock,
scraping up brown bits with a wooden spoon or whisk. Add 1/2 cup of Our
Favorite Mustard Sauce and heat until juices reduce. Add 2-3 tablespoons
of My Country Sweet Mustard, heat, and pour over sliced meat.
