Mom's Best My Country Sweet
Mustard Vinaigrette with My Country Sweet Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon My Country Sweet Mustard
- 3 Tablespoons vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 Tablepoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place mustard in small bowl.
Add vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper, whisk well. Slowly drizzle in oil,
whisking constantly until creamy. Add chopped persley and whisk. Taste to
adjust seasonings if necessary.
Alternately, place first 6 ingredients in food processor and slowly add
oil while machine is running.
